Payment Policy:
We accept Visa & Mastercard only. Please note that all credit cards are processed 24 hours upon arrival. Damage Deposits are per-Auth on your Check-in time of $200. Please note, this is not a charge to your Card, only if any damage occurs to our room or property.

Cancellation Policy:
We have a 48-hour Cancellation policy. Reservations need to be canceled at least two calendar days before the scheduled arrival date, or guests will be charged a one-night penalty.

Group Package Rates:

  1. Group Rates only apply for bookings with more than 5 rooms & must be under one Name & one Credit Card in order for the Group Rate to apply.
  2. A 10% Deposit is required for all Group bookings, (Nonrefundable)
  3. Group Rates do not apply during July or August as it’s our busy season.

Check-in / Check-out:

  • Check-in time is 3:00 pm, or by arrangement.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 am, or by arrangement.

Smoking Policy:
Newfound Inn & Suites is a smoke-free facility. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside. Smoking inside our rooms will result in additional cleaning charges

Pets Policy:
We do NOT permit Pets in any of our Motel Rooms. We do apologize for any inconvenience.

Our Motel offers free WIFI. There are no phones in any room or suite, so please be sure to bring along your mobile device if you require to make calls in the area.

We offer Bi-Weekly Rates and Monthly Rates (Tax-exempt for Monthly Rental) Call our office to make arrangements, please.
